Training

American Building Inspection and Training Co., Inc. is a New York State approved Home Inspector Training School.

Our Home Inspector Training classes offer our students 100 hours of classroom training with knowledgeable and experienced instructors with hands-on equipment only available at our training center. Our experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know to conduct a quality Home Inspection using defensive home inspection techniques developed by the founders.

Small class size ensures good interaction between the students and the instructors. New York State and International Residential Code books are used as part of the training program. The classroom training is followed by 40 hours of field inspections conducted by the student under the direct supervision of a licensed home inspector.
